This Privacy Policy explains how Stackd ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use imstackd.com.
Account information: Email address, display name, and profile photo (if provided via Google OAuth).
Content & preferences: Onboarding answers, voice profile, generated posts, affiliate programs you add, and any content you create.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform.
Transaction data: Purchase history, subscription status, credit balance (no raw card data — handled by Stripe).
We use your data to: deliver and improve the Service; personalize AI-generated content to match your voice; process payments and subscriptions; send product and account notifications; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe. See stripe.com/privacy.
Google: Used for OAuth sign-in. See Google Privacy Policy.
Anthropic: Powers AI content generation. Your voice profile and generation prompts are sent to Anthropic's API. See Anthropic Privacy Policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can export your generated content from your dashboard. To make a data request, email privacy@imstackd.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed authentication tokens, and restricted database access. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
